Ron is a Senior Managing Partner with Crossbridge Wealth Management. His primary responsibilities include oversight of Legacy Planning and participating in the firm’s community involvement, marketing, and public relations efforts. Ron’s passion for building personal relationships with our clients and their families makes him very qualified to oversee our Legacy Planning, Estate Planning and financial organization efforts. These efforts are targeted at making sure our clients are prepared to achieve their financial goals, but are also prepared financially and emotionally for any unforeseen emergencies that may come their way.
Ron received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky in 1988. He began his investment career at Edward Jones and Company in 1990. In 1992, he was recruited to JC Bradford & Co as a financial adviser. He remained at JC Bradford throughout the mergers with PaineWebber and UBS in 2000. In 2007, Ron left UBS to form McCain Naegle Wealth Management. In 2009, McCain Naegle Wealth Management merged with Crossbridge Wealth Management and Benefits Group
Ron’s passion is for building personal relationships with his clients and their families. He loves to help his clients organize their complete financial picture and help them with decisions that go far beyond investments and often include personal decisions
Ron believes in giving back to his community. Ever since moving to Johnson City, he has been very active in a variety of organizations. He is an active member of the morning Rotary Club, and volunteers with the American Cancer Society and the Mountain States Dragon Boat Festival. In the past, he has served with Contact Ministries, the American Heart Association, and the Johnson City Country Club – where he was on the Board of Directors.
Ron is married to Tracie, and they have two awesome children – Bradley and Torie. They attend First Christian Church in Johnson City, where he has served as a Deacon, worked with the children’s, middle school, and high school ministries, and participated in musical and dramatic productions. He has a passion for mentoring youth. Ron enjoys coaching youth football, baseball and softball. On weekends he can be found spending time with his family, boating, and playing golf.
